Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Drivcub Driving School. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. By signing up for driving lessons with Drivcub, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility Requirements
•Minimum Age: You must be at least the legal driving age as required by local law to attend driving lessons. Proof of age may be required.
•Learner’s Permit: All students must hold a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license for the duration of the course.
2. Booking and Payments
•Booking Lessons: Lessons can be scheduled by contacting the school directly or through our online booking system. Bookings are subject to availability.
•Payment Terms: Payment for each lesson must be made prior to the lesson. We accept cash, debit/credit card payments, and other methods as specified by Drivcub.
•Lesson Packages: Drivcub offers multiple lesson packages, which are prepaid. Full payment for package deals is required upfront.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
•Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling of lessons must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
•Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson fee.
•No Shows: If a student fails to attend a lesson without prior notification, the full lesson fee will be charged.
4. Instructor and Vehicle Availability
•Instructor Assignments: We will do our best to assign students their preferred instructors. However, due to scheduling and availability, instructor changes may occur.
•Vehicle Substitutions: Drivcub reserves the right to substitute vehicles for lessons based on availability and maintenance needs.
5. Student Responsibilities
•Attendance and Punctuality: Students must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened lesson time.
•Compliance with Traffic Laws: Students are expected to follow all traffic laws and instructions given by the instructor.
•Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during lessons. Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of lessons without a refund.
6. Health and Safety
•Medical Conditions: Students must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to drive safely. Drivcub reserves the right to request a medical clearance if necessary.
7. Liability and Insurance
•Vehicle Insurance: Drivcub vehicles are fully insured for the purposes of driver instruction. However, students may be liable for any intentional damage caused to the vehicle.
•Personal Liability: Drivcub and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or damages occurring outside the instruction period or in the absence of an instructor.
8. Refund Policy
•Individual Lessons: Refunds for individual lessons will only be issued if the lesson is canceled by Drivcub or with adequate notice (24 hours).
•Packages: For prepaid packages, refunds are available only for unused lessons and will incur a processing fee of 10%.
•Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be granted in cases of extended illness, accident, or other extenuating circumstances, at Drivcub’s discretion.
9. Termination of Lessons
•Breach of Terms: Drivcub reserves the right to terminate lessons for any student who breaches these terms and conditions.
•Behavioral Issues: Lessons may be canceled immediately if the student exhibits reckless or inappropriate behavior, endangering themselves, the instructor, or others.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
•Drivcub reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
