Drivcub Driving School – Refund Policy

At Drivcub, we strive to provide the best service and support to all our students. If for any reason you need to cancel or request a refund, please review our policy below:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been taken.
  • Partial Refund: If you’ve started lessons, we will refund the unused portion of your package minutes/hours with no administrative fee.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be given:
    • After 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • For missed or late-canceled lessons (see cancellation policy below).

 

2. Lesson Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule lessons at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not refundable.
